Success By 6 Funding for 2008

Since 2006, Communities for Kids, in partnership with Success By 6®, has invested over $90,000 supporting early childhood development in South Okanagan-Similkameen communities. We are happy to again invite a Call For Proposals from community groups and organizations in the region for projects that promote the optimum health and development of children aged 0-6. The application deadline is August 11th, 2008. Projects must support development in at least one of the following areas:

  • physical health and wellbeing,
  • social competence,
  • emotional maturity,
  • language and cognitive development,
  • communications and general knowledge.

If you are a Community Group wishing to apply please read the Application information sheet posted below. It includes important eligibility information. Community Group applicants must use the Community Group Funding Application Form posted below. CFK Community Table and Aboriginal community applicants must use the appropriate application form posted below. Each applicant should read the information sheet. If you have any questions please contact Blair Lischeron or your CFK community facilitator.
